اچھا دور دوستو اب بات آتی ہے کہ ہم آٹا اگر چھوڑ دیں گے تو کیا کھائیں گے اس میں کوئی بڑی بات نہیں ہے دوستوں کیونکہ ویسے بھی اس میں میدہ بھی ملا ہوتا ہے یہ بھی ایک نقصان دہ وجہ ہے اس کی اس کے علاوہ اگر آپ یہ اٹھانا کہیں گے اس کی جگہ آپ چکی کا اٹا کھائیں جو آپ کے محلے میں یا کولونی میں کہیں تو تیار کر رہی ہوگی وہ آٹا صحت کے لیے کافی اچھا ہے اور صحت کی نشانی بھی ہے کیونکہ جو چکی کا اٹا ہے اس میں یہ پلاسٹک کا پاؤڈر نہیں پایا گیا جب چیک کیا گیا۔۔
